 First family holiday to Haven Weymouth. Loved every minute of it, staff are friendly, caravan was nice and clean. Lots of nice places to walk the dog. The security staff are very welcoming at the door very funny, good customer service with a smile make time to talk to you and help you. When needed acted well when a customer was getting out of hand. My bad bit is I wish you had more for older kids (teenagers). Special thanks to the doorman staff Simon and Ashley for helping to keep my son entertained great members of staff. See you all sometime soon.

Spent a family week at Weymouth bay staying in a prestige caravan which was very spacious and clean everythink is included from cooker to dishwasher. We were only a 5 minute walk to the main area which was brilliant with nightly entertainment in the clubhouse and then after a few 2ps in the arcade slots.the bar/restaurant is next to the arcade but this was a bit of a disappointment as the food is very average and very small portions especially the chips about 10 in a small bowl for £2.99!it never got that busy in there all week I wonder why? Lol the pool is small but nice and the Rapids are next to pool which is fun and they have lots of staff keeping a eye on the kids which is reassuring for safety.the path leading to the beach is a nice 10 minute walk and brings you out to a mini fairground and great views over Weymouth bay. The staff are all very friendly especially the meet and greet men at the main door we always have a chat and laugh with them and they were helpful with any queries we had. To sum up a great relaxing week with the weather being amazing will stay again.

I have to say how impressed I was in whole with our week at Haven Weymouth bay holiday park. The caravan was spotless and very new (ascot38). The staff from the moment we arrived to the moment we left were friendly and helpful. The pool was excellent and clean changing facilities very well run and the entertainment team were very good too. They all worked very hard and Ed hats off to you you and the team are very good at your jobs. The kids were entertained and so were we. Can’t comment on live entertainment as didn’t stay for that. The breakfast wasn’t up to standard I would say needs work only went once where as if it had been good prob would have come most mornings Great shop on site. Thank you for a great week.
